Clear labelling

Mitspiel may use paid organiser placements, sponsored content and its own affiliate links. The commercial nature is labelled immediately and in an understandable way, for example as "Advertisement", "Ad", "Sponsored" or "Affiliate link".

Affiliate links and partner banners

In the case of a labelled partner link, Mitspiel may receive a commission if a user clicks, registers or makes a purchase. This does not result in any hidden additional cost for users. Banners using various approved creatives may change automatically. The relevant advertising space remains labelled as "Ad".

Mitspiel currently uses the Awin partner network with approved BurdaDirect prize draw creatives, as well as Amazon PartnerNet for separate, context-related purchase recommendations. External Awin banner resources are only loaded after consent to the "Marketing" category. Amazon purchase recommendations are displayed as ordinary text links directly to Amazon.de; for this purpose, no Amazon product images, prices or Amazon tracking scripts are preloaded on Mitspiel.

Official organiser page

The organiser, terms of participation, closing date and official promotion page remain authoritative. A partner link must not lead to a different or unrelated promotion. If the affiliate function is switched off or a programme has not been fully reviewed, Mitspiel will lead exclusively to the verified organiser page.

Featured prize draws

Organisers can book a featured placement or additional reach. Such a booking does not change the organiser's terms of participation and is not a statement about the chance of winning, the quality or the value of a prize.

Editorial selection

Payment and editorial review are treated separately. Security, quality and link checks must not be circumvented by a payment. Mitspiel may reject or remove paid content if it does not comply with the platform rules.
